DOE Financial Assistance Awardee Recipients and University Grantees submit STI to DOE through Energy Link (E-Link).
Accepted manuscript versions of scholarly publications should be submitted in accordance with the DOE Public Access Plan. OSTI also maintains DOE CODE, the software services platform and search tool that allows for the submission and announcement of DOE-funded scientific and business software.
